Trend Research "Food" published by ZMPOn behalf of ZMP (Central Reporting Agency for Market and Prices of Agricultural, Forestry and Food Produce), GIM argo has analyzed the relevance and sustainability of the most significant food trends.
Trend letters and professional journals often mention new trends and tendencies in the food sector. Many of these trends, however, remain niche phenomena or short-lived temporary fads incapable of establishing themselves on the market. Which trends, however, should food producers focus on?
